- 4 skin-on salmon filets approximately 170 grams / 6 oz each
- 454 grams / 1 lbs new or baby potatoes halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 grams / 4 oz bacon stripes thinly sliced
- 1 shallot finely diced
- 2 cups peas fresh or thawed frozen
- 1 lemon zest and juice (zest first!)
- 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
