Pecan Pie Cookies

Pecan Pie Cookies feature a buttery cookie base mixed with finely ground almonds and self-rising flour, topped with a warm pecan pie filling made from pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and eggs. Baked until the filling sets, these cookies are finished with a drizzle of melted semi-sweet chocolate. The combination delivers a rich, tender cookie with a gooey nutty center and a touch of chocolate on top.
