Ingredients

  • ½-1 ounce peppermint schnapps 60-proof, amount depending on how minty you’d like your martini
  • ½ ounce vodka vanilla flavored
  • 1 ½ ounces white creme de cacao
  • 2 ounces heavy cream
  • simple syrup for rimming glass, or grenadine
  • peppermint candies for rimming glass

Instructions

  1. Crush the peppermint candies and place in a shallow dish. Prepare your martini glass by dipping the rim of the glass in simple syrup or grenadine, then dipping it into the crushed peppermint candies.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until everything is thoroughly mixed and chilled, then strain into your prepared glass.
