Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups half and half
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 peppermint candies
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • ½ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add all the ingredients and whisk together.
  2. Heat over medium low heat and stir frequently until the peppermint candies have dissolved, about 10-15 minutes. Pass through a strainer to remove any leftover graininess.
  3. Cool and store in an airtight container such as mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Enjoy!
