Pepperoni Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese 8oz - Softened
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 oz pepperonis Chopped into small pieces
  • 15 Ritz crackers Chopped
  • 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place in the fridge and allow it to harden slightly.
  3. Mix the crushed Ritz crackers and the Parmesan cheese together. Pour them onto some Saran wrap plastic wrap.
  4. Place the cheese mixture on top.
  5. Roll the cream cheese into the shape of a ball and make sure that the cracker mixture cover the ball.
  6. Serve immediately or place in the fridge until ready to eat.
  7. Serve with your favorite crackers.
