Ingredients

  • 1 lime fresh
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 ounces cachaça (Brazilian sugarcane liquor)

  1. Cut the lime into 8 wedges and place them in a glass. Add the sugar. Use a muddler to crush the limes and extract their juice. Mix the juice with the sugar.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
