- 1 fresh lime
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 ounces cachaca (Brazilian sugarcane liquor)
Instructions
- Cut the lime into 8 wedges and place them in a glass. Add the sugar. Use a muddler to crush the limes and extract their juice. Mix the juice with the sugar.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour the cachaça over the ice. Stir well to ensure the sugar has dissolved and the flavors have combined.
