Perfect Pork Chop Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 4-5 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce Use a good Louisiana style, like Crystal or Tabasco, or use your favorite
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • FOR COOKING: 4 eight ounce Pork Chops bone-in or boneless

Instructions

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. You can also use a large sealable baggie or plastic bag.
  2. Add your pork chops to the bowl or bag and submerge in the marinade.
  3. Marinate for 1 hour minimum, or up to 24 hours for the best flavor penetration.
  4. When ready to cook, remove the pork chops and discard the marinade. Cook the chops however you’d like!
