- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Rub 4 thick-cut pork chops with 4 tablespoon olive oil. Season all sides generously with 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Pork needs a heavy amount of salt to bring out the flavor. Salt with a heavy hand when it comes to a thick pork chop.
