Ingredients

  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ tsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
