P.F. Chang's Garlic Noodles

P.F. Chang's Garlic Noodles deliver fresh Chinese noodles stir-fried with a fragrant sauce of garlic, sugar, vinegar, and chicken broth, enhanced with spices like red chile flakes, Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. The noodles absorb the rich, slightly sweet and tangy sauce, creating a savory and well-rounded flavor profile balanced by tender-crisp julienned cucumber with optional cilantro garnish.
