Ingredients

  • 1 ½- 2 lbs ground meat like chicken, beef, pork
  • 1 tbsps sesame oil
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps garlic minced, gloves
  • 2 tbsps ginger minced, fresh
  • ½ white onion chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts strained and roughly chopped
  • butter lettuce for serving
  • sesame seeds for garnish

  2. First, add garlic, onion, and ginger, then mix them together until combined.
