PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 ½- 2 lbs ground meat like chicken, beef, pork
- 1 tbsps sesame oil
- ¼ cup hoison sauce
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsps garlic gloves minced
- 2 tbsps fresh ginger minced
- ½ white onion chopped
- 1 can water chesnuts strained and roughly chopped
- Butter lettuce for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Start by adding sesame oil to a large skillet, then cook your ground beef until fully done.
- First, add garlic, onion, and ginger, then mix them together until combined.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin, and honey. Mix and simmer, then add water chestnuts.
- Assemble your lettuce wraps and garnish with sesame seeds.
