PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 ½- 2 lbs ground meat like chicken, beef, pork
  • 1 tbsps sesame oil
  • ¼ cup hoison sauce
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps garlic gloves minced
  • 2 tbsps fresh ginger minced
  • ½ white onion chopped
  • 1 can water chesnuts strained and roughly chopped
  • Butter lettuce for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by adding sesame oil to a large skillet, then cook your ground beef until fully done.
  2. First, add garlic, onion, and ginger, then mix them together until combined.
  3. Add soy sauce, hoisin, and honey. Mix and simmer, then add water chestnuts.
  4. Assemble your lettuce wraps and garnish with sesame seeds.
