Pico de Gallo
This easy Pico de Gallo (Salsa) is loaded with juicy, ruby-red tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and plenty of zesty lime juice.
Ingredients
- 1 pound tomato chopped, fresh
- ½ cup white onion minced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon Serrano peppers seeds/ribs removed, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight jar for a few days.
