Pico de Gallo

This easy Pico de Gallo (Salsa) is loaded with juicy, ruby-red tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and plenty of zesty lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tomato chopped, fresh
  • ½ cup white onion minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Serrano peppers seeds/ribs removed, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight jar for a few days.
