- 6 tomato
- 1 onion
- Handful cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Finely dice the tomatoes and the red onion
- Finely chop the coriander and the jalapeno pepper
- Add all the chopped ingredients into a bowl and mix everything until well combined
- Add the salt and the lemon juice and mix in
