Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roma tomato diced
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped, medium
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced (remove seeds and ribs for less heat)
  • cilantro chopped, large handful
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
