Pico de Gallo
A fresh Mexican salsa, this Pico de Gallo couldn’t be any easier. Perfect for dipping with chips or serving with your favorite Mexican dishes, this favorite salsa adds tons of fresh flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Roma tomato diced
- 1/2 onion finely chopped, medium
- 1 jalapeño finely diced (remove seeds and ribs for less heat)
- cilantro chopped, large handful
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir to mix.
- Refrigerate if not using right away.
