Ingredients

  • 2 vine tomatoes , diced
  • 1 white onion , finely chopped
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper , deveined, de-seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions
