  • 4 roma tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • ½ tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
