Pico de Gallo Salsa
Pico de Gallo Salsa is a delicious, colorful, spicy, healthy Mexican appetizer dip that is perfect for any party or dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 Roma tomato diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped (adjust to taste
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped, fresh
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 lime juiced, small
- 1/2 teaspoon salt optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine tomato, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
