Ingredients

  • 3 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 small lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl combine tomato, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
