- In addition Picon Amer is a traditional addition to both beer and wine in France.
- Add a splash (about half a shot) to a cold beer of lager for a Picon Biere.
- Add about 1 tbsp of Picon Amer to a dry white wine or dare I suggest a Champagne or sparkling wine.
- I love it replacing Campari alongside dry vermouth and gin for a delicious French Negroni.
