Pimento Cheese Chicken Recipe

This Pimento Cheese Chicken recipe combines two of my all-time favorite dishes - pimento cheese and baked chicken. One of the easiest chicken recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4-6 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Southern Pimento Cheese recipe

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 375º F. Place chicken on a rimmed sheet pan or in a large skillet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until internal temperature reaches 165º F and juices run clear when chicken is pricked with a sharp knife.
  2. Spread pimento cheese evenly on top of chicken pieces and return to the oven to allow the cheese to melt, about 8-10 minutes.
