Ingredients
- 2 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4-6 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Southern Pimento Cheese recipe
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º F. Place chicken on a rimmed sheet pan or in a large skillet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until internal temperature reaches 165º F and juices run clear when chicken is pricked with a sharp knife.
- Spread pimento cheese evenly on top of chicken pieces and return to the oven to allow the cheese to melt, about 8-10 minutes.
