Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablesppons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup Pimento Cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and rinse the hard boiled eggs. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the whites on a serving plate.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Smash them with a fork until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream and Price*s Pimento Cheese. Mix well to combine. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
- With a spoon, fill each egg with some of the yolk mixture. Garnish with parsley (optional).
