Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons creamy cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons diced pimentos drained
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix until combined.
- If the mixture is too thick you can add a little more mayonnaise to reach your desired consistency.
- Cover and keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
