Ingredients
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 teaspoon sugar or a little more if you prefer sweeter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 ½ fl oz Pimm's
- 1 fl oz soda water approx
Instructions
- Muddle together the mint, sugar and lime juice in the bottom of a glass. Add the Pimm's, mix a little more if the sugar hadn't fully dissolved, add a couple ice cubes then top the glass up with soda water.
