Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium ripe frozen banana
  • 6 oz Almond Breeze almond coconut milk
  • 3 1/2 oz about 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2/3 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender except for the coconut and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix in coconut and pour over a glass of ice.
