Ingredients
- 2 cups freshly chopped pineapple or frozen 315 grams
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut water 160 ml
- 3 tablespoons flaked coconut shreds, separated
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup for garnish
- ice cubes or crushed ice
Instructions
- Place the pineapple, coconut cream, coconut water, and 2 tablespoons of coconut shreds in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle the top of each glass with a tad of maple syrup using a swirling motion and garnish with extra coconut shreds.
- You can also garnish with pineapple wedges. Enjoy

- Extra tips & tricks
- For an extra festive and tropical look: Give the glasses a sugared rim using coconut sugar.
- Best to place the coconut cream or milk in the fridge the night before to cool.
- Using coconut milk? Then only use the solid part of the milk that has congealed at the top.
- Although not necessary, you can use frozen pineapple for a frostier experience.
- Always taste test so you can increase the level of sweetness by adding a touch of maple syrup if preferred.
- Serving a larger crowd? Just double or triple this recipe.
- Chill the glasses while making the drink for an immediate cold experience.
