Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk 185 ml, canned, light
  • 3/4 cup pineapple 4.5 oz/125 g, cubed
  • 1/2 banana peeled and frozen, medium
  • 6 ice large cubes
  • 1 teaspoons agave syrup or pure maple syrup, to 2 (quantity unclear
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • Pinch salt optional, sea salt
Optional Add-ins:
  • leaves baby spinach or kale, handful
  • 1 powder such as Vital Proteins Collagen powder, scoop, of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract pure

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie to a high-powered blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
