- 3/4 cup coconut milk 185 ml, canned, light
- 3/4 cup pineapple 4.5 oz/125 g, cubed
- 1/2 banana peeled and frozen, medium
- 6 ice large cubes
- 1 teaspoons agave syrup or pure maple syrup, to 2 (quantity unclear
- 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- Pinch salt optional, sea salt
Optional Add-ins:
- leaves baby spinach or kale, handful
- 1 powder such as Vital Proteins Collagen powder, scoop, of choice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract pure
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie to a high-powered blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
