Pineapple Agua Fresca
This delightful recipe is easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 5-1/2 cups water
- 5 cups pineapple diced fresh
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large blender and blend until everything is smooth.
- If you want a smooth pulp free agua fresca, strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. If you don't mind the pulp skip to step 3.
- Add juice to a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use sugar in place of honey if desired.
- Add more sweetner if desired.
- Additions of fresh herbs like basil and mint are delicious.
