Ingredients
- 6 cups ripe fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Juice of 2-3 limes
- ice for serving
- Lime slices for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Place the pineapple chunks, cold water, granulated sugar, and lime juice into a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Optionally, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Pour into a pitcher and serve cold in tall glasses over ice.
