Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie

Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie is a delicious and healthy smoothie with the addition of banana, vanilla and coconut water finished off with a sprig of mint!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp 10g Coconut Milk Powder
  • 250 ml coconut water fresh or carton
  • 135 g frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ banana sliced
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprig of mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix a little coconut water with the coconut milk powder to dissolve it.
  2. Put the dissolved coconut milk, the rest of the coconut water, pineapple, banana and vanilla extract into a blender and bend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnish with mint leaves if using.
