Ingredients
- 300 grams CDO Holiday Ham
- 4 cups leftover rice
- pineapple tidbits
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts
- 2 bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat the egg. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. Pour the beaten egg and fry until firm. Turn it over and do the same to the other side. Remove the egg and slice into smaller pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion.
- Add pineapple tidbits. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add CDO Holiday Ham. Continue sauteing for 2 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, cashew, and green peas. Stir.
- Add leftover rice. Toss and then stir fry for 1 minute.
- Pour soy sauce and add green onions.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper and then add sliced egg. Transfer the pineapple fried rice to a serving plate. Serve. Share and enjoy.
