Pineapple Guacamole
Pineapple Guacamole is a flavor combo that seems strange but works so well! Creamy avocado with sweet and tangy pineapple chunks makes the perfect summertime snack.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados pit removed and cut into chunks, peeled
- 1 Cup pineapple chopped, fresh
- ½ jalapeno pepper deveined and finely chopped, seeded
- lime juice of 1
- ¼ Cup onion red, finely chopped
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
- ¼ Cup cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix to desired consistency.
- Store in refrigerator until served. To prevent guacamole from turning brown, press plastic wrap directly on top of guacamole.
