A delicious, tropical tasting smoothie with a hidden portion of spinach, giving it a wonderful green colour, this Pineapple, Mango, Coconut and Cashew Nut Smoothie makes a great quick and healthy breakfast or mid-afternoon pick me up!

Ingredients
- 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 2 small handfuls frozen mango chunks
- 2 small handfuls fresh pineapple (approx. two slices, skin chopped off and diced)
- 2 small handfuls cashew nuts
- 1 medium banana peeled and cut in half
- 500 ml coconut milk (I like Rude Health Coconut Drink)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into in a high speed blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!!
