Pineapple Mango Salsa
This tropical salsa is cool, refreshing, slightly sweet, a tad spicy, and full of flavor. This salsa is delicious with a side of tortilla chips and also goes really well with chicken or fish tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple peeled and diced
- 1 Mango diced, large
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 jalapeño seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped, fresh
- 1 lime juiced
- kosher salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pineapple, mango, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Squeeze in lime juice and add salt to taste.
- Stir to combine.
Notes
- Serve this salsa with tortilla chips or on top of chicken or fish.
