Pineapple mimosa
This easy tropical twist on the classic brunch cocktail is bright, light and fruity.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz pineapple juice
- ½ fl oz triple sec (orange liqueur eg cointreau)
- 3 fl oz champagne approx, or other sparkling wine
Instructions
- Put the pineapple juice and triple sec in a champagne flute. Stir gently to combine.
- Top up the glass with champagne and serve.
Notes
- Note the triple sec is optional but does definitely add to the flavor of the drink.
