Pineapple Rum Pops

Who said cocktails were only for drinking? Cool off with these easy-to-make popsicles, bursting with flavor from pineapple juice and coconut rum.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Coconut-Flavored Rum or your favorite rum
  • 6 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prep popsicle molds for use.
  2. Fill each popsicle mold ¼ full with rum.
  3. Top off each popsicle mold with pineapple juice until full. Leave a small bit of space to prevent overflow.
  4. Add popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for three hours, or until frozen through.
  6. Eat!
