Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, stir with a spatula to combine. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
