Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and sprinkle with salt. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Allow the salsa to sit for about 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
