Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple diced fresh
- 1 cup red pepper diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup onion red, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons jalapeno pepper stemmed and seeded, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- lime juice of 1 large
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, red pepper, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, and lime juice. Stir until well combined. Season with salt, to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
