Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple , chopped into bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons Jalapeño , seed and minced
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper , seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons red onion , minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, jalapeno, bell pepper, red onion, lime juice and salt. Toss to combine.
- Cover and allow to chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Toss again before serving.
