Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple , chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Jalapeño , seed and minced
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper , seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion , minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, jalapeno, bell pepper, red onion, lime juice and salt. Toss to combine.
  2. Cover and allow to chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Toss again before serving.
