Pineapple Whiskey Punch

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 ounces whiskey
  • ice
  • pineapple chunks for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the pineapple juice, lemon juice, maple syrup and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle the mint in the liquid.
  3. Add the whiskey and then shake.
  4. Strain the liquid into a serving glass.
  5. Add ice and pineapple chunks to serve.

Notes

  • Use high quality ingredients.
  • Make sure that the pineapple juice is just pineapple and doesn't have any additional sugar added.
