Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen pink dragonfruit mashed
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1 cup of brewed green tea that has cooled
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Brew 1 cup of tea. Set aside to cool.
  2. Squeeze the lemons and strain to get rid of the pulp (getting rid of the pulp, optional). Set aside.
  3. Mash the pink dragonfruit with a fork until the desired consistency is met. If you don't want it to be chunky, simply blend the fruit until it's nice and creamy. Now we will put it all together.
  4. Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, and cooled green tea together. Stir to combine.  Now we will assemble the drink.
  5. On the bottom of the glass add the dragonfruit, followed by ice-filled to the rim, then the green tea lemonade. Finally, top the glass with more dragonfruit.
  6. Enjoy right away!
