Pink Gin Spritz
Indulge in the vibrant flavors of a pink gin spritz - a refreshing blend of gin, fruity notes, and effervescent Prosecco that is perfect for summer sipping, birthdays, Mother's Day, and so much more!
Ingredients
- 6-5 raspberry plus a few more, to garnish
- ice cubes
- 50 ml pink gin (2 shots / 5 cl)
- 75 ml prosecco (3 shots / 7.5 cl)
- 75 ml tonic water 3 shots / 7.5 cl, or lemonade
Instructions
- Add the raspberries to the bottom of a wine glass and muddle (crush) them, to release their juices.
- Fill the wine glass generously with ice.
- Add the pink gin, Prosecco, and tonic water, and then use a cocktail spoon to combine.
- Sit some 1-2 berries on the glass rim to garnish, then serve. Alternatively, garnish with some raspberries skewered on a lemon slice.
