Creamy pistachio ice cream made from wholesome, nutritious ingredients: avocado, banana, pistachio nuts and pistachio paste. Easy and quick to make.

Ingredients
- 1 1 avocado
- ½ ½ tsp celtic sea salt
- ½ ½ banana
- 6 6 tbsp pistachio butter
- 4 4 handsful pistachios
- 4 4 limes
- 3 3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Juice the limes.
- Mix the avocado with the lime juice, the half banana, the maple syrup, the pistachio paste/butter and the salt.
- Chop the pistachios. Mix with the rest.
- Fill the molds and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
