Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, oregano, and basil. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
- Spread the cheese mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or a similar-sized baking dish. Evenly pour the pizza sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the grated Parmesan cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is slightly browned on top.
- Allow the dip to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of dippers such as tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.
