Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, oregano, and basil. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or a similar-sized baking dish. Evenly pour the pizza sauce over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add the grated Parmesan cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is slightly browned on top.
  6. Allow the dip to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of dippers such as tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.
