Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp spaghetti sauce
  • 1 box Garlic Texas Toast (8 slices)
  • 6 oz pepperoni slices
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 425. Place garlic toast on cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes or until toast is slightly toasted around edges.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each of the 4 slices of garlic toast.
  3. Top each piece of garlic toast with 6 slices of pepperoni.
  4. Then, top each piece of garlic toast with 1 slice of cheese.
  5. Add another layer of pepperoni and cheese to each piece of garlic toast.
  6. Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each of the remaining garlic toast pieces and place on top of the pepperoni and cheese.
  7. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Heat each sandwich until the cheese is melted and the contents are hot.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • As fancy as this sandwich sounds, it only has 4 ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to make. Your family will gobble these up!
