Pizza Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic (minced is recommended but can substitute 2 teaspoons granulated or powder)
  • 1 tablespoon Dried onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 teaspoon cracked fennel seeds (place whole seeds in a ziplock bag and pound them with something blunt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Instructions

  1. Measure the herbs and spices into a small bowl and stir to evenly combine. Alternatively, place them directly in a glass jar and give it a shake.Store your blend in an airtight jar in a dark, cool place where it will keep for up to 6 months. Give it a shake before using it to redistribute the herbs and spices.Makes about 3/4 cup seasoning.
