Ingredients

  • 3 avocado ripe
  • ½ red onion diced, small
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
  • ¾ cup pomegranate seed divided

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the pomegranate seeds to a mixing bowl.
  2. Use a fork to mash the ingredients together, until well combined.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of the pomegranate seeds and stir together. Then transfer into a serving bowl.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds and an extra sprinkle of cilantro, for that red and green pop of color.
