Pomegranate Lime Chia Fresca
A tart, refreshing drink made with chia seeds. It's kind of like drinking Jello, if Jello had nutritional value.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
Instructions
- Place chia seeds in a glass.
- Pour water, pomegranate juice, and lime juice over seeds. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Whisk to break up any clumps of seeds and serve.
